The Earnest Bagel Company has only been open a couple of weeks but people are already talking about their delicious bagels and deli sandwiches.

Tristan Fehrenbach, owner and bagel baker, learned firsthand in Montreal the original technique and recipe for making hand rolled Montreal style bagels. Every morning fresh batches of bagels are prepared to fill the shelves at The Earnest Bagel Company.

You can order a traditional bagel with butter or cream cheese or choose from their menu of breakfast bagels and deli sandwiches – including Black Forest ham and cheese, Montreal smoked meat or lox and cream cheese. Their current flavours of bagels include sesame, poppy seed, plain, whole wheat, cinnamon raisin and everything and they will be experimenting with new flavours in the future.

You can give The Earnest Bagel a call at 519-997-7432 to make a lunch order for the office or pick up a bag of bagels for your next breakfast get together. You can also dine in for breakfast or lunch and enjoy the local photography that decorates their space.
