Whether you’re looking to lose weight, become a hardcore fighter, or even get your kids off the couch, Maximum Training Centre is the single source for all-things fitness.

Since opening seven years ago in Lifestyles Family Fitness, MTC has since moved locations, providing personal trainers and their own gym.

“I’m a lawyer by day, gym owner by night,” says one of four owners, Nancy Jammu. “My husband is a Black Belt, and we are all friends. We work together and we’re constantly growing.”

Maximum Training Centre specializes in Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Weapons and MMA fighting. With every one of their teachers competing, the centre has helped fighters like Randa Markos a PFC Strawweight Womens Champion.

The centre differentiates from other places strictly on its all-inclusive variety; it is equipped with a cardio section, a store, classes for children and adults (including a lounge where parents can watch their kids), and rock climbing wall.

MTC even has its own wrestling team.

“Everyone is accepted here. Even if you’re just here for a quick work-out, nobody is judging. Everybody leaves their egos at the door,” says Jammu.
