Windsor Police have identified the body that was pulled from the Detroit River Wednesday night as that of 19-year-old Victoria Strehlau.
Police say that the post mortem examination has determined that there is no foul play involved.
Victoria, a student at the University of Windsor, was last seen in Walkerville on Monday October 14th.
Her bicycle was found on Tuesday October 15th at Riverside and Hall. The OPP Dive team had searched the area initially but didn’t find anything.
Police were called back to the river Wednesday evening after a passerby spotted something in the water.
The police boat was called in, and the body of Victoria was recovered.
