An empty parcel of land at the corner of Dominion and Northwood will soon be a commercial property under a plan by a local developer.
South Windsor Development Co. has applied to the City of Windsor to rezone the property that has been vacant for over ten years.
The new development is planned to be a “Neighbourhood Commercial” type of use which the developers said in an application to City Council would fit the description of “market + ancillary” uses.
