Multiple crashes have forced a large closure of Highway 401.
OPP says the highway is closed between Tilbury and London in both directions.
Police say that at this time the full extent of the number of vehicles involved is unconfirmed.
One individual has been transported to hospital with serious injuries and of the other individuals involved, only minor injuries have been reported.
