U-Haul Trucks Stolen In Tecumseh

OPP are investigating a theft that occurred at a commercial building in the 5000 block of Walker Road in Tecumseh over the Thanksgiving Weekend.
Police say that during the early morning hours on Sunday, October 11th to Monday, October 12th, 2020, unknown suspects forcibly removed two 26 foot U-Haul vehicles that contained various amounts of property.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation and are asking anyone in the area with video surveillance cameras that may have captured the suspects, vehicles or suspicious activity to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122. The vehicles that were stolen have been located, and police are continuing to investigate.
The vehicles are described as U-Haul 26′ white and orange trucks with Arizona licence plates. One has a large elephant on the side, and the other has a large turtle on the side.
