You Can Now Book Your COVID-19 Test Online For Windsor Regional Hospital

Windsor Regional Hospital is now booking COVID-19 tests online.

As announced on October 2nd, 2020, the hospital has moved from an open walk-in to an appointment based system. This in compliance with new provincial requirements.

To schedule a COVID-19 assessment appointment you can now go on-line to book on your mobile device or computer (using Safari or Chrome) and select a certain date/time for your appointment or by “first available time.”

In addition, you can still call 519-973-4443 to book an appointment. Both systems will be booking seven days in advance.

Hours at the COVID-19 Assessment Centres remain Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.

As announced by the province individuals should only seek an appointment if the individual:

• Is showing COVID-19 symptoms
• Has been exposed to a confirmed case of the virus, as informed by your public health unit or exposure notification through the COVID Alert app
• Is a resident or works in a setting that has a COVID-19 outbreak, as identified and informed by your local public health unit
• Is eligible for testing as part of a targeted testing initiative directed by the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Long-Term Care
