Mary Brown’s Chicken & Taters is coming to the South Windsor Walmart, replacing a McDonald’s that closed late last year.

They are famous for their 100% white meat chicken sandwiches called the Big Mary and tender chicken fingers. They also have wraps, fresh salads and taters.

Mary Brown’s says all their food is made fresh from scratch. Their chicken is Canada Grade A that is delivered whole and fresh and marinated, hand-cut, breaded and cooked daily in each store. Their taters are cut from real, farm-fresh potatoes that are delivered in big brown bags to each store and cut, seasoned and prepared by hand daily.

They are Canadian owned and operated and currently have over 155 locations.

It is set to open in the coming weeks.
