Two new people have moved into Town Hall in Lakeshore.
Brianna Coughlin is the new Manager of Legislative Services. She has over ten years of municipal experience working across the province as a Clerk and Chief Administrative Officer in smaller municipalities.
Coughlin has a Master’s in Public Policy in addition to Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) Certified Municipal Officer designation. She also has experience with records management, elections, responding to Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) requests, licensing programs, and drafting bylaws.
Albert Dionne is the new Manager of Public Works. He has over 20 years of experience as a Manager in Public Works and in Water as well as experience as a Director of Engineering and Public Works.
He is also certified with a Certified Engineering Technologist designation.
