Kingsville Firefest Takes Place Saturday At Cottam’s Ridgeview Park

The Town of Kingsville is holding FireFest 2022, a celebration of the Kingsville Fire Department, on Saturday, September 10th, 2022.

The morning starts at 8:00am with a pancake breakfast at the Cottam Ridgeview Park Pavilion, hosted by the Department’s North Station. No reservations are required, and entry is by donation. We will use proceeds from this breakfast to support local charities and families in need at Christmas.

Instead of a parade of trucks this year, Kingsville Fire and Rescue apparatus will stay on display at Ridgeview Park for people to get a closer look at the rigs and take pictures. Kids will love seeing the trucks and meeting our firefighters in person.

“Kingsville is lucky to have a dedicated group of hardworking and courageous men and women serving this community,” said Kingsville’s Deputy Mayor, Gord Queen. “Firefest allows the public to come out and show support for our Kingsville Fire and Rescue team and enjoy a family-friendly day.”
