Emancipation Day 2022 was celebrated in Windsor with an Emancipation Jubilee, capping off with a day at Jackson Park on Monday.
The Black Council of Windsor Essex brought a day filled with gathering, fun, games, and historic walking tours of Windsor’s legendary Emancipation celebrations.
