A fire Saturday extensive damage to a home in the 1300 block of Lincoln Road.

It broke out around 11:30am and sent heavy smoke into the neighbourhood.

It took fire crews several hours to bring under control, and roads in the area were closed.

Damage has been set at $800,000. There were no injuries, but three people have been displaced.

Fire investigators say they cannot determine the cause due to unsafe building conditions.
