Kingsville has created a new program to coordinate volunteers for Town events, initiatives, and services. The “Kingsville Volunteer Ambassador Program” is the first of its kind in the Town. It streamlines training through an online platform that outlines the Town’s expectations and protocols while allowing for adaptability depending on the volunteer position.
“Volunteers are the backbone of our community. Without volunteers we would not be the great community we are,” said Kingsville Mayor Nelson Santos. “This program recognizes the importance of volunteers by giving them the tools they need and matches their interests with an opportunity to serve. It also reassures our volunteers that the Town also has your back with key supports. Welcome Ambassadors!”
The Town is currently seeking volunteers to assist with Canada Day Celebrations and Open Streets.
All you need to do is fill out the Volunteer Application Form to get started.
