It is with great anticipation that we kick off Summer this month with many of our long-time clients, and some exciting new ones as well. After lockdowns and quarantines and time spent without friends and family, people are ready to get out and celebrate together! Let us count the ways we can gather in June!

Art in the Park

Rotary Club (1918) once again presents one of Ontario’s largest arts & crafts shows as the unofficial kick off to Windsor & Essex County’s festival season. 2022 marks the 42nd show, and surely one that can’t be missed. Check out a large array of artisans, enjoy some delicious food and music. Per their website, all proceeds raised go toward supporting the restoration of Willistead Manor & the charitable projects of The Rotary Club of Windsor (1918).

Taste of Tecumseh

On June 17th & 18th we welcome back the Taste of Tecumseh to Lakewood Park for two fun nights of “culinary delights”, wine, beer, spirits and music! Big Wiggle is back to headline both nights in addition to a great line up of other performers. This 19 and up event became a staple in the Summer festival schedule pre-COVID, and is back this year for the 6th time. Get out your dancing shoes and celebrate like it’s 2019!

Kingsville Highland Games

The Kingsville Highland Games will be returning to Lakeside Park in Kingsville this month. The celebration of Scottish and Celtic culture showcases a unique variety of competitions, games, vendors and entertainment. Think bag pipes and goat herding demos, tug of war and dance competitions. A truly one of kind event, the Kingsville Highland Games is one of the areas most popular Summer celebrations! Check it out June 25th.

As we find our way out of this pandemic which halted community events for so very long, we are bursting at the seams to get back at it and celebrate everything! We have missed the pride that comes along with supplying tents and portable washrooms and so many other things to these amazing local festivals. Being a part of creating a space for people to reconnect with one another this year and return to some sense of normalcy and fun is an incredible feeling and we are so extremely thankful. We are beyond happy for these wonderful teams and organizations that work so hard year after year to bring us these amazing events. Welcome back Festival Season!! Let’s do this!!
