Windsor’s unemployment rate fell to 6.4% in April compared to 8.3% in March, according to Statistics Canada. Last month Windsor had the highest rate, now it sits at 22nd, with St. John’s talking the top place.
Ontario sat at Ontario 5.4%, up from 5.3%.
Windsor’s jobless rate represents the entire Windsor-Essex census area.
