The Catholic School Board is reporting COVID-19 cases at nine more schools in Windsor-Essex over the weekend.

  • One class of students and one bus cohort was dismissed from Assumption College Catholic Middle School after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • One class of students from St. Mary Catholic Elementary School in Maidstone was dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • One class of students from St. Anne Catholic Elementary School was dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • One class of students from W.J. Langlois Catholic Elementary School was dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • One class of students and one bus cohort from Sacred Heart Catholic Elementary School in LaSalle was dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • Two classes of students from F.J. Brennan Catholic High School were dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • Two classes of students from St. Joseph’s Catholic High School were dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • Two classes of students and one bus cohort from St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic High School in LaSalle School were dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.
  • One class of students from Stella Maris Catholic Elementary School in Amherstburg was dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case.

The health unit will notify those students when they are able to return to school.
