City of Windsor administrative offices will be closed on Monday, December 27th, and Tuesday, December 28th, 2021 and January 3rd, 2022.

The first City Council meeting of the New Year will be held on Monday, January 17th, and the first meeting of the Development & Heritage Standing Committee (normally first Monday of the month) will be held on Monday, January 10th, 2022.

The 311 Customer Contact Centre will be closed on December 27th and 28th, 2021, and January 3rd, 2022. The 211 Call Centre will remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the holiday period.

Residential collection services continue as normal without a holiday delay.

The drop off depots located at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and North Service Road are closed to the public on Friday, December 24th; Saturday, December 25th; and Monday, December 27th, 2021; and on Saturday, January 1st, 2022; as well as being regularly closed on Sundays.
