Teedie Park users will soon have a new multi-use bridge for crossing the Little River municipal drain.
Construction of the new pedestrian crossing between park land in Wards 7 and 8 will begin on Monday.
The east-end park will be closed during construction to ensure work crews are able to work as safely and quickly as possible.
When complete, the new 35-meter bridge crossing will connect the two existing trails on either side of Little River.
Work is expected to be completed in May, weather permitting.
