Drive Thru Food Box Pick Up In Essex And Harrow In Response To COVID-19

The Unemployed Help Centre of Windsor Inc. along with Unifor Local 444 will distribute emergency food boxes to the communities of Essex and Harrow this Saturday, May 16th, 2020.

Due to increased demand, there will be two food pick up locations at the Essex Centre Sports Complex parking lot from 9am to noon and at the Harrow Arena parking lot from 1pm to 4pm.

Dave Cassidy, President of Unifor Local 444 and his members will be giving out food hampers at both locations and the Unemployed Help Centre of Windsor will be in attendance to help distribute pre-packed emergency food boxes provided by Feed Ontario and other donations as part of their Covid-19 Emergency Food Box Program with each hamper providing approximately seven days worth of food per person.
