Construction is almost complete on the new student residence at Canterbury College.
Construction started last September on the new three-storey building that will have 32 single apartments and 30 rooms for shared accommodation arranged around common kitchens and living space.
Three houses on Patricia Road owned by Canterbury College were torn down to make room for a new student residence.
The first group of students will move in this fall.
