A test of the Alert Ready system is planned for November 28th at 1:55pm.
The test will take place on TV, radio and compatible wireless devices. The Alert Ready service does say that not all mobile devices will receive the test message. For general device compatibility, you can refer to the Alert Ready website here.
This is the second test of the new national alert system. The first took place on May 7th.
