The union representing postal workers has issued a “72-hour strike notice” to Canada Post.
The union says that the strike will begin on Monday morning, October 22nd, 2018, at 12:01 am should they not be able to reach a negotiated settlement.
The union says that they have opted for rotating strikes.
“Their locations and intensity will depend on Canada Post’s actions at the bargaining table in the days to come,” the union said in a release.
