One of North America’s largest Halloween retailers is opening in Windsor soon.
Spirit Halloween, which operates more than 1,000 stores in all 50 US states and most Canadian provinces, will open a temporary location at the Roundhouse Centre on Howard Avenue next to Lee Valley.
The store features a wide array of Halloween decor, costumes and accessories.
It will open in early September.
