Canadian Cuisine was celebrated Friday evening at St. Clair Centre for the Arts at the 27th Annual Gourmet Wine & Food Gala.

This year’s gala celebrated Canada’s 150th birthday in style with many Ontario wine, a gourmet menu, live entertainment, a dessert buffet and a maple log.

Proceeds from the event support the Hospitality: Hotel and Restaurant and Culinary program, and the Tourism and Travel program at St. Clair College.
