It took close to 12 hours for firefighters to put out a house fire in the 3400 block of Sandwich Street.
It broke out just after 1pm Tuesday.
Heavy equipment was brought in late Tuesday to assist with accessing hot spots and the fire was knocked out at 1:30am Wednesday.
Fire officials say the house was vacant.
The cause is listed as undetermined due to the extensive damage, and damage is set at $100,000.
