To help kickoff an expansion to their kid’s classes, on Tuesday night Border City Boxing offered a special training session where children were joined by four members of The Windsor Express, the local National Basketball League team.
The practice included stretching, cardio, and boxing drills lead by Border City’s team of championship-winning coaches.
