The cause of an early morning fire will go down as undetermined.
Fire crews were called to the home in the 500 block of Memorial Drive around 1am and found the fire coming through the roof.
Adjacent homes had to be protected from the fire spreading to them.
Investigators say the fire started on the exterior at a shed.
Damage is set at $150,000 to the home with $11,000 in heat damages to the houses on each side.
There were no injuries.
