Work is well underway to repair the Paul Martin Building facade in downtown Windsor.
Colonial Building Restoration of Scarborough was awarded the contract for repairs and have spent the past two weeks setting up massive scaffolding.
The project entails replacing mortar between facade blocks, repairing the spalled limestone facade and addressing the steel brackets that support the stone facade.
Total cost is $3,277,000.
Work is expected to be complete by the fall.
