Windsor Police are investigating damage to several Transit Windsor bus shelters in the east end.

At each of these locations the safety glass panels were smashed out.

There were also a number of complaints from citizens reporting smashed vehicle windows. There are now 20 reported incidents from Monday and Tuesday which resulted in over $15,000 in damage.

Police say their investigation has revealed suspect vehicle, a dark coloured SUV with a spare tire on the back, drove by multiple locations and the passenger appears to break the glass by firing an object, possibly from a slingshot.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor Police at 519-255-6700 ext. 4305, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 (TIPS), or online at www.catchcrooks.com.
