A chimney fire in the west end has caused extensive damage.
Fire crews were called to 319 Randolph around 2:30am and found heavy smoke and fire coming from the chimney area.
Crews had to open the interior and exterior walls above the fireplace to bring it under control.
Damage is set at 125,000 to the structure and $25,000 to the contents.
There were no injuries.
