Miss LaSalle 2015
Applications are now being accepted for the 2016 Miss LaSalle Pageant.
The pageant kicks-off the LaSalle Strawberry Festival, taking place on Thursday, June 9th on the main stage.
Pageant contestants must be between the ages of 16 and 23 on the day of the pageant, and must be from the Essex County and/or Windsor area. Contestants will take part in weekly rehearsals beginning in April. The winning contestant will take part in activities throughout the 2016 LaSalle Strawberry Festival, including the parade. Miss LaSalle will also be expected to take part in special events and activities throughout the year of her title.
Applications are available on the Town of LaSalle’s website, and should be submitted at the LaSalle Civic Centre by April 1st, 2016.
This is the LaSalle Strawberry Festival’s 29th year. The four-day event takes place June 9th to 12th at Gil Maure Park featuring pageants, a carnival, fireworks over the Detroit River, parade, entertainment and local strawberries.
