UWindsor Students Exceed Movember Goal

The University of Windsor has surpassed its original goal of raising $5,000 for Movember.

“It is fantastic that the UWindsor campus community was able to raise over $7,500 in thirty days,” said Adam Goodwin, an executive member with the Kinesiology Graduate Student Association (KGSA), the student organization who helped lead the UW 2015 campaign.

The top three departments to fundraise were all health-oriented. Students in the Schulich School, nursing, and Kinesiology were the top three. Additionally, the KGSA would like to recognize the residence life team who worked hard to engage students living in on-campus accommodations.
