Lululemon Athletica, Adrenaline Fitness and the Urban Surf Company are challenging Windsor and Essex County to take part in jam session, live concert-workout at Lanspeary Park this October.

Organizers Danielle Chevalier and Chris Mingay say the ‘AXFIT Jam Session’ is an inspiring, uplifting, and fun, 45 minute rock-concert training challenge led by Chevalier and local band Of The Pack who will be playing live to the tempo and power of the workout; unleashing it on the drums, guitar, and bass to match the training intensity and energy of 1,000 people participating simultaneously.

“We would like to challenge Windsor fitness enthusiasts of all levels to take part in this one of a kind, high energy, health and fitness event,” says Chevalier. Adrenaline Fitness held a similar event back in July.

After the Jam Session workout, Lanspeary Stadium will be transformed into a Lululemon After Party, say organizers. Participants who have conquered the sweat inducing, adrenaline boosting challenge will be treated to relaxation, discovery, and indulgence, says Chevalier.

Tickets to the event are $25 and can be purchased on AXFIT’s website.

Chevalier says they’re also looking for local businesses to participate in the after party.

“Along with a unique shopping experience with all the latest styles for men and women from Lululemon Athletica, we will have a market style set-up of local health and wellness businesses and local food trucks,” she said. “It’s for this part of the Jam Session we are searching for unique, yet to be discovered health and wellness products and services by local businesses.”

Those interested in participating in the health and wellness fair are asked to submit their business name, product or service description, and contact details to Danielle Chevalier by email to [email protected].
