It is going to get a lot easier to find out if your bus is on time in the near future.
Monday evening, City Council approved spending $2.7 million for an intelligent transportation system that includes a real-time passenger website, where riders will be able to check online to see if their bus is late or on time.
It will also include automated stop announcements, and on-board cameras.
Transit says it should all be in place in about a year and a half.
