A new medical development is being planned for West Windsor.
Located in the former federal finance building at 1100 University Avenue West, the empty building will be renovated and will see two additional floors added to it.
Six physician partners have committed to developing the site and to relocating their practices to the building. Renovations have already begun and the group plans to open the facility in the spring of 2016.
Services will include family medicine, an urgent care clinic, diagnostic services, a pharmacy, physiotherapy and a lab.
Work has also been underway at the other end of the property on the former Butler warehouse. Plans for this building include a new Penalty Box Restaurant and other commercial and retail uses.
More information is expected to be released on the project Tuesday.
