In preparation for the LaSalle Strawberry Festival, volunteers are needed to help clean strawberries this Wednesday, June 10th.
The Town orders about 300 flats of grown local strawberries each June from Raymont’s Berries in Cottam.
Volunteers are asked to meet at the LaSalle Fire Hall located at 1900 Normandy Street starting at 6pm.
Registration is not required.
The LaSalle Strawberry Festival takes place Thursday, June 11th until Sunday, June 14th at Gil Maure Park.
