Windsor police say that they have concluded the investigation at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Canada’s Windsor Assembly Plant and are satisfied that “no criminality was involved in these incidents”.
The investigation was launched after nooses were found by a black employee last month.
Police say that the complainant was advised of the findings in the investigation and was satisfied with the results.
