Revenberg’s VW, Nissan Dealerships Expanding On Tecumseh Road

The Gus Revenberg group of car dealerships are undergoing expansion along Tecumseh Road.

Construction of a new Volkswagen of Windsor building is underway just west of the current location.

The new Volkswagen building will be approximately 23,000 square feet along. According to Gus Revenberg’s controller, Jamie Smith, it is double the size of the old building.

At this point, it is undetermined what will happen with the current and soon to be old building on the other end of their property.

The Revenbergs are also expanding their Nissan dealership by constructing a new Infiniti showroom. The showroom will be approximately 5,000 square feet.

The dealership decided on the expansion and construction of the new buildings to increase sales, said Smith.

Construction for the new Volkswagen building is expected to be completed in the late summer to early fall. The new Infiniti showroom will be complete by spring of this year.
