$42,000 In Tires Stolen From Racicot Chrysler

Amherstburg Police are seeking the public’s help after almost $42,000 worth of tires were stolen off of vehicles at the Racicot Chrysler lot on Sandwich Street South.
Police say that in the early morning hours of Wednesday April 23rd, unidentified suspects entered the lot, and took tires and rims from two Jeep Wrangler Rubicons, and seven Dodge Ram 1500 pickups.
In total 10 BF Goodrich LT255 75 R17 tires were stolen from the Jeep Wranglers and 28 Goodyear Wrangler P275 60 R20 tires were stolen from the Dodge pickups.
Police say that surveillance video showed a white cube van entering the Racicot Chrysler lot at approximately 12:30am, while two other vehicles were observed on surveillance video, the makes and models could not be determined.
While the cube van was leaving it struck a large sign that depicted a photo of what the renovated dealership building would look like. There should be damage to passenger side of the vehicle.
