The forum will provide information on the issue of presenteeism and how it affects the workplace with guest speaker Dr. Catherine T. Kwantes, Ph.D., Associate Professor in the Applied Social Psychology program at the University of Windsor.
Her teaching and research interests revolve around the development and sustainability of attitudinal and behavioural norms in organizations. Dr. Kwantes will present on the issue of presenteeism, how it effects the organization, and what are the steps organization can take to manage this issue.
