Grammy-award winning 90’s R&B group TLC is heading to Caesars Windsor this spring.
Hot off their reunion performance on the 2013 American Music Awards, the R&B/hip-hop/soul girl group featuring original members Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas will perform on the Colosseum stage on Friday, March 28th.
Famed for their chart-topping hit “Waterfalls” from the 1994 album CrazySexyCool; TLC has sold over 65 million records worldwide.
CrazySexyCool went on to sell over 11 million copies in the U.S. and won a Grammy for Best R&B Album. TLC’s highly anticipated Grammy-award winning album FanMail (1999) also received rave reviews with mega-hits “No Scrubs” and “Unpretty”.
Hip-hop recording artist Lil Mama, who recently performed “Waterfalls” with TLC at the 2013 AMAs, will be joining them on stage.
Lil Mama’s hit singles “Lip Gloss” and “Shawty Get Loose” make her a familiar face in the R&B scene. She also played the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in VH1’s 2013 biographical film “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story”.
TLC takes the stage at 9pm on Friday March 28th.
Tickets start at $25 Canadian and go on sale at noon on Saturday, February 1st.
