Snow falls on the UWindsor Campus Sunday night
A freezing rain warning for Windsor and Essex County that was in effect since 4:30pm Sunday afternoon ended at 5am Monday morning.
Snow began falling in the Windsor area Sunday night around 6:30pm and changed to all rain by the morning rush.
