Well this is it…this was the Final Fit-Test and it went absolutely AMAZING!!!!

This Fit-Test made me so, so proud! I am so thankful to have been apart of their journey,  it’s why I do what I do. As a trainer to get these amazing results really ROCKS and that only comes from crazy hard work and determination. Ok and accountability , support and the drive for change too!  These 4 have been working out so hard everyday, I don’t even know how they pumped out some of the numbers they did with how hard they have all been working.

All my Adrenaline Junkies have been telling them and myself how crazy the changes are in their fitness levels during class and the way they look.  What a journey it has been for all of us and to share it with you all at home is so amazing and what helped give these 4 Fit-Life Challengers the accountability they needed. I want to thank windsoriteDOTca so much for having us a part of their website for the past 8 weeks, it’s been an amazing Challenge and with their help we truly have given our Fit-Crew a Life style change.   We are very grateful!!
