Last Friday evening and into the early morning hours of Saturday, the Windsor Police Traffic enforcement unit was set up in several locations throughout the City of Windsor conducting R.I.D.E check points.
Police say that 498 vehicles were stopped resulting in three 72 hour suspensions.
As well 31 Highway Traffic Act tickets were issued.
