- 1 large banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 ½ cups Almond/coconut or rice milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1-2 tbsp honey or Agave syrup or add more if you like sweeter
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Blend everything on high speed until smooth and enjoy.
