Only minor injuries are reported after fire broke out in the basement of a small home in the 1900 block of Ford Street around 2am, Monday morning.
Windsor firefighters rushed to the scene to find heavy smoke coming from the windows of the house and flames in the basement.
EMS treated three occupants of the home for smoke inhalation.
A fire investigator has been called to the scene to determine how the fire started.
