Local videographer Mike Evans produced this video of the “Windsor Smile Campaign”, a new guerrilla art project found all over Windsor.
The campaign and its unidentified artist have a goal of transforming unsightly objects such as derelict buildings and blight into beauty and art.
The newest art is in a very familiar spot, right in the heart of Downtown Windsor.
