Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Lanspeary Lions Rink, corner of Langlois Ave. and Ottawa Street, with free outdoor skating, fireworks and family entertainment.

The outdoor New Year’s Eve Celebration sponsored by AM800 CKLW and Parks and Recreation will be held Saturday, Dec. 31 from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30 p.m. sponsored by K&H Distributing. Entertainment including the band, Area 51 and refreshments from Big Daddies are part of the evening event.

Lanspeary Lions Outdoor Rink will be closed on Jan. 1, 2012.
