Monday evening Windsor City Council declines to purchase Our Lady of the Rosary Church, leaving its future in limbo.
The Windsor/Essex hum was in the news again, a Facebook group is now plotting the locations of it on a Google map.
The Krooked Kilt, a new restaurant on Wyandotte Street West opened in time for the return of University of Windsor students. Meanwhile, a long time restaurant Ferrarys was auctioned off.
Both sad and and good news from the Humane Society, long time mascot Dennis passed away at the age of 19, and we also learned about Tropper who was hit by a car, and his living up to his name.
Both the Public and Catholic School boards are gearing up for the return of class on Tuesday, while city pools prepare to close on Monday. Even tho support staff are on strike at the College, it remains open for students.
