It was about 8:30 PM (Sept 2nd) when I found the Stephen B Roman brilliantly lit up and unloading cement powder into the storage vault at the ESSROC siding.
About 1.3 KM (8/10ths of a mile) further downriver, the Algomarine was tied up taking fuel at Sterling Fuels.
